Subject : Online Load Notification-Claim It for Bangkok Airways (PG) and Siem Reap Airways (FT)
We are pleased to inform you that Claim It has been implemented for the following airlines.
1. Bangkok Airways (PG)
2. Siem Reap Airways (FT)
Claim It provides our travel agents the means to take over airlines’ FIT bookings interactively.
When an airline’s PNR is claimed by a travel agent, the ownership of the PNR is transferred over to that travel agent.
For a travel agent to take over ownership of an airline’s FIT PNR, the following steps are required:
a) Display the carrier’s PNR
b) Issue a claim request
